    They are not good landlords the 393 Wagner street property in waterloo (rivers edge) floods and they refuse to fix the problem if you require a service dog or service animal they will push you for paperwork that they are not required to have and want copies of the paper work and photos of your service animal they refuse to fix the driveway i would not consider living at any of there properties again they raise the lot rent when cost of living does not go up STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD NEWS
